Chili Lamb

This dish was really popular on my Instagram account and therefore I had to post it on this site.

It had everything, delicious moist Lamb that had a little crispiness. A variety of hot chili peppers that gave it heat.

The sauce was made with freshly ground spices combined with soy sauce, that gave it sweetness and saltiness.

A Pan Asian delight is the best way to describe it.
