Marry Me Chicken

This is such a delicious and flavourful dish. It tastes cheesy and creamy and the sun-dried tomatoes really excel in this dish.

It is a great mid week meal yet lends itself to be an impressive dinner party dish too.

Easy to prepare, easy to cook and very easy to enjoy.

It is also adaptable, you can choose to use shrimp instead of the chicken.

I served this with french fries however, rice and pasta works equally as well.
