Chicken A La King
This really was a wonderful tasting pie and so easy to create.
I was advised to use Chicken thigh instead of breast meat and I admit I was a little unsure. However, rest assured it was good advice.
The sauce or gravy was so good and he chicken took on every element it had to offer.
I added some extra veggies to my pie, leeks and peas, I had some going spare in the fridge and did not want to waste them.
This was a huge hit and definitely a pot pie I will make again and again.
