Fresh Pea Soup with Shrimp

This is such a wonderful soup especially for any pea lovers out there.

It is so simple to make and it can be frozen if you do not use the entire quantity in one go.

Frozen Peas work best too so its very economical.

A real crowd pleaser at any dinner party or perfect for lunch. i added some leftover shrimp however that is entirely optional.

You can also serve it hot or cold so it is very versatile whatever the weather.
