Easy Coconut Chicken Katsu

This Chicken dish is, in my opinion, wonderful. It ticks so many boxes, its tasty, fast to make, full of flavour not technically difficult and looks terrific.

A great mid week meal yet, good enough to serve to friends when they come over for supper.

I strongly recommend you try this one, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
