If you have never heard of the Curry Guy yet you love Indian Food then I strongly suggest you check out Dan Toombs and his wonderful publications.

This recipe is fantastic and so easy to make. Served with homemade Naan (recipe on this site) it is an absolute winning dish.

I enjoyed it best with tandoori chicken pieces however plain chicken is also very good.
