Stuffed Pork Chop

This is a really nice way to boost a Pork Chop.

Ask your butcher to cut you extra thick pork chops so you can easily get the stuffing into the pork.

Feel free to stuff the chop with any alternative ingredients that you like, this recipe is my personal preference.
