These wings take a minimum marinating time of four hours. However, if you have the time marinate them the day before the flavour will improve even more.

If you like them hot then add Sriracha sauce to the marinade, as much or as little as you like. Make sure to turn these wings while they are cooking in the oven to get an even cook and ensure the colour is consistent.

Heating up the reserved marinade to have with the wings is, in my opinion, a must do… enjoy.
