Punjabi Spiced Wings

These wings, in my opinion are just the best for flavour. The spices are the same as those used in Samosa and they certainly up their game when it comes to giving wings a lift.

I made a curry sauce to go with the wings however, these wings are just as tasty served alone.

I served mine with a side of coconut rice which was great with the sauce and an ice cold wheat beer, they were a real treat.
