Salmon with Harissa and Roasted Leeks

This dish is really something special yet so simple to put together. The harissa mixed with honey then spread over the salmon tasted amazing. The Leeks were a triumph although I did have reservations at first.

A simple green field leaf salad and fresh lime completed a truly wonderful tasting supper.
