This is my idea of heaven, crispy Chicken, garlic, herbs and sliced golden roasted potatoes. Great comfort food yet a dish good enough to serve at a dinner party.
Easy to prepare although you do need to let the Chicken marinade for a minimum of four hours but after that it all pretty simple for an excellent looking plate of goodness.
