Fish Sauce and Caramel Wings

I came across this recipe in the LCBO Food and Drink Magazine.

At first I had reservations with the fish sauce element however, I should know by now anything with fish sauce is going to taste good.

Fish sauce and caramel gave the wings an Vietnamese vibe and one that will have me making these many times.

Please give them a try, and feel free to add some chili in the mix too. Serve with fresh lime squeezed over the top.
