Coconut and Lime Potato Gratin
This potato gratin recipe courtesy of Ottolenghi, is delicious. Pictured here served with Roast Pork stuffed with sundried tomatoes it makes a wonderful addition to any meal. It is also excellent served on its own, full of fresh flavours, some sweets some spicy. The dish keeps well for another day too that’s if you can resist not eating the whole dish in one go.
