Lamb Loin Cutlet,Spiced Potato cake in Rogan Josh Sauce

This started as a Rack of Lamb but after some butchery skills I created these Loin cutlets. It made a pretty nice looking plate and the taste was just wonderful. Not a mid-week dish but certainly one for the weekend. I hope you try it, I think you will be happy and if you’re having guests they will certainly be impressed.
