Sweet Potato, Carrot and Turmeric Soup

I came across this recipe in a book I received as a gift from my friend Margaret.

It said that it was delicious and restorative. The Chef didn’t lie, it delivered so much more too.

The colour of the soup alone brought a smile, the ingredients brought warmth and comfort and the dish brought many compliments.
