Potato Bread

This is a most unusual bread using potatoes, However, do not be fooled, this is a delicious tasting loaf.

It is very light and soft and has a wonderful flavour.

I decided to break the dough into three pieces and weave the dough to get this effect however, this is not necessary. It can be produced in the normal loaf shape. It was just my personal preference to bake it this way.
