Bread Rolls (No Knead)

When we were all in lockdown making bread became a popular pastime.

I came across this recipe at that time and have used it ever since.

You do not need to be a master baker in fact these no knead buns are perfect if you want to start making your own bread.

They have turned out so beautifully every time which gave me the confidence to try other bread recipes.
