French Onion Soup

This soup takes some time to prepare however, it is worth the time you take.

Its such a rich and satisfying soup packed with flavour and those cheese croutons are sublime.

Read through the recipe and please do not be tempted to take short cuts or the soup authenticity will be ruined.

Not sure where this recipe came from originally as a friend gave it to me, its certainly a keeper.
