White Crusty Bloomer Loaf
This is a fabulous recipe for a White crusty bloomer loaf of bread. It rises well and has great taste and flavour, a firm favourite in my home.
I shape this freeform as per the recipe however you can place this in a load tin or dutch oven if you prefer.
Its not difficult to make but you do need to be patient and let the bread rise at its own pace.
If the weather is warm then it will rise fairly quickly however on cold days be prepared to wait.
