Stuffed Mushrooms Parmigiano with fresh Basil
In a hurry, need something fairly fast and satisfying then this is worth considering. I used small Portobello mushrooms for this dish however, Cremini or Chestnut mushrooms will work just as well. Its an unusual dish, but tastes amazing, there are even some tips at the end of the recipe to help you prepare it faster if you are really short on time.
