Potato and Red Chilli stuffed Kofta in Tomato Sauce

This dish was made from scratch including mincing the Lamb…. I am funny when it comes to meatballs, I like to know exactly what is in them. Making this from scratch certainly was worth the effort and the end result was so tasty, layers of flavour and certainly looked inviting.
