Not feeling well? Can I recommend this Citrus Salmon dish? Easy to cook, full of flavour, and an interesting combination. the salmon was marinaded in freshly squeezed orange juice with added ginger and garlic powder for extra flavour. A splash of coconut aminos added seasoning. Julienne carrots, garlic, and shitake mushroom stir fry gave me the base for the platter and I added baby broccoli for extra colour. Well, let’s face it, when we are off-colour, help is sometimes needed to give us our appetite, and any green vegetable always works well.
