Pork Belly Sliders with Tomato and Apple Chutney
These Pork Belly sliders were just wonderful. using a 2 Lb. piece of Pork Belly that was scored, I made a rub of 2 Teaspoons of Salt, 2 Teaspoons of Chili Powder, 1 Teaspoon of ground Coriander, 1 Teaspoon of Cumin Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 Teaspoon of black pepper. Ensuring this rub is well mixed you then completely cover the meat with the rub getting into all of the scored parts too. Roast in the oven 325F for around 90 minutes. The internal temperature should be 145F and the meat is tender. Served with Tomato and Apple Chutney ( you can find the recipe when you hit the recipe icon above)
