Prosciutto and Wild Mushroom Lasagne

This is such an unusual combination for a Lasagne but when I came across the recipe I just has to try it. I made homemade Lasagne sheets but if you are in a hurry a good quality fresh store sheet is more than acceptable. Thanks to Josh Emett - The Recipe for the inspiration.
