Crispy Duck Wrap
If your wondering what to do with any Duck you have leftover from the previous recipe “Crispy Duck with Clementine’s and Sherry” then here is an idea. No recipe as such for this one just use your creative skills.
I made Duck confit with the leg and got it really crispy and wrapped the shredded duck meat along with veggies into the wrap. Served with Chili and Hoisin sauce, just delicious..
