Bruschetta
This was a huge hit at the bar.
Probably one of the best tasting Bruschetta I have made. The secret is using the best ingredients you can find especially the tomatoes and the Balsamic.
I used Sugar Bomb Cherry tomatoes because I had some leftover and I did not want to waste them. They are super sweet and worked perfectly. However a good Roma tomato will also do the trick.
