Clementine Cake

Usually I post savory dishes on this site however, this cake was so popular and after so many requests I decided to add it to the collection.

It is gluten free but do not let that put you off it tastes and smells delicious and you do not miss the flour. Served warm or cold you will have a taste of Christmas all year round with this cake.
