General Tso Chicken

I am not a huge fan of takeaway food so, I am always on the look out for good recipes that give me good alternatives. This one, General Tso Chicken does just that.

It quick to make, absolutely delicious and a real crowd pleaser too. I serve this with a good quality rice and garnish with fresh scallions.
