Malabar Prawn Curry

This wonderful curry recipe is courtesy of a book I found called 50 Great Curries of India. The Chef who originally prepared this in a hotel kitchen in the Maldives got this from his Mother. Luckily for us they were happy to share with the world this amazing shrimp curry recipe. The Mother lived in Orumananyoor, Malabar, a region of Kerala. I will be eternally grateful to have found this recipe, it was out of this world.
