Meaty Tacos

This is a great recipe when you want something to eat with a drink while watching the something on TV.

Its also a good sharing dish when friends come round too. It can be made ahead of time too and freezes very well. Just make it up to where the meat is cooked, the rest you can do after it is completely defrosted.
