This Mongolian Lamb was not hard to make, but it’s certainly a weekend dish. The flavours need time to marinate, but the wait is so worth the effort. Served with a medley of baby corn, roasted potatoes, and red peppers. The dish is finished off with a mint and coriander side dip.
