Vienna Loaves

These are probably some of the nicest loaves I have made, very few ingredients needed and they did not take all day to make.

Recipe found in the Authentic Portuguese Cooking Book, will certainly become a firm favourite of mine.

Read the recipe a few times before making a start which is always good advise for any recipe especially when making bread.
