Zucchini Relish

A friend of mine gave me this recipe a longtime ago and I never got around to making it.

However, when my friend came over with some Zucchini in hand and said “you will know what to do with these” I went and found the recipe my other friend had given me.

My only regret is, I did not make this before, its so good. I hope you like it too.
